This review is for the massage only. Enjoyed the massage by Heather. She made sure that the pressure was good, if I was ok, if I needed anything. The music was calming. I was approx 15 mins late for the appt but they were so patient & accommodated me, she completed the full half hr massage that I booked which I didn't expect. They didn't make me feel bad for being late which I appreciated. My husband & I also came here monthsss ago for a couples massage/dinner option-- which the both of us loved! The building is absolutely gorgeous & welcoming-- clearly the company has put in a lot of effort to get the space up to its full potential. The whole place smells so amazing & relaxing. My husband ((as per his words)) & I are now regular customers.

Every time I come to Esspa, I am greeted with the most lovely people, and when Scott and Eva are there it's even a better treat! Pedicures in copper basins are the best, and my massages, whenever I get the chance to come in, are always relaxing and refreshing Thank you for always treating your customers with love!!

just completed my first facial here and I must say it was the best one I've ever had! My aestitition (hope I spelled that right) was Lelia. My treatment included extensive facial and upper body massage as well as eyebrow waxing and hand and foot massage. The treatment was about an hour and half. Yes it was expensive but felt with it. Products were good, no reaction to anything. I've experienced itching in past. Wasn't given hard sale for their products either. Recommendations were made, but that's all. Would love to go back! Very relaxing experience.

I had purchased a spa package to celebrate my birthday. The package was called "HEALTHY, HAPPY and WISE" and it consisted of the Organic Champagne Facial, "Knead a Break" 90min Massage a Luxury Shampoo, Blow Out and Style. It was a 4 hour experience and was an awesome deal! If you're looking to treat yourself I would highly recommend! Of note all technicians were wearing masks and it definitely made me feel safer as I treated myself! I can't wait to go back.

Never have I ever been spoken to, like Scott from ESSpa spa spoke to me this morning. Story time-over a month ago, I booked a day at ESSpa Spa (in Aspinwall). I put in for my personal day and was so looking forward it. Days before, I was notified that my pedicure needed to be canceled because the nail tech was no longer with them. Ok, a little disappointed but I had 2 other treatments to look forward too. Morning of, my apt is at 10. I'm on my way down, about 5 min away and I get a text, not a phone call but a text, telling my my massage had to be cancelled but my facial was still on for noon. When I called, Scott was very rude right of the bat and didn't seem to want talk to me. I was almost to the spa, so I decided to stop in. That's when Scott went off. I was shaking. I wish i could post the video I took, because he was so incredible rude. I never would have thought that owner would go off on a client like that. I was refunded all my money and needless to say, I will never be back (nor recommend this spa to anyone). I understand times are hard with getting people to work and getting sick, but being notified 25 min before and apt, having 2 out of 3 services cancelled, and mainly being spoken to like that is not acceptable.
