Esmeralda's Beauty Salon in Teaneck, NJ

Glenny, the owner, dyed my hair exactly how I wanted it. Although my hair was bleached, it is still soft and shiny; the color a vibrant hot pink. She also dyed and cut my mother's hair (albeit black, not pink). Glenny was one of few hair stylists kind enough to accommodate my mother's allergies by being willing to use a box dye that my mother brought from home. Overall, I am very happy with the services provided here and would highly recommend.

i just went to get my ends cut off, the lady there ana did not do a good job, she chopped off my hair. my hair is curly but when i did it straight; the layers are so off even my end layer is not even. she does not know how to cut hair in layers. never going there again

I have been to several Dominican Salons in the area and Esmeralda's is hands down the best roller set and blow out in the area. The staff members and the owner are all very nice and they use the best products not cheap products on your hair. Whenever you go even if they are busy you don't wait long. The prices are also very reasonable. They do excellent color and cuts too!! They also know how to do every hair type and texture. I have sent many of my friends here and no matter what nationality they are they all have been so happy with their hair after leaving Esmeralda's. I have been coming here for years and I am never disappointed.

People cut the line all the time. An old crazy lady literally walked in and said "you told me to come at 10" and demanded that they put a deep conditioner in her hair while everyone that was before her waited. You either take appointments or you dont, can't do both. I wont be returning here

I LOVE this hair salon. Friendly staff, very professional, knows their stuff and my hair always comes out beautiful!! The owner is very nice, I have seen her on occasion transport customers home when they didn't have a ride! I moved recently to another state and CANNOT find another salon as good as this one :( But whenever I visit, I always go back and am never disappointed :) I would highly recommend this salon!!!
