Emily is amazing and the salon is beautiful. My daughter got her hair chopped in basic training and Emily got her all fixed up so she looked like a girl again! She didnt have alot to work with and she did magic!! For an extra added bonus theres a great shop in front of the salon where you can browse for nick nacks and clothing while you wait.
This place is awful. My mother had her hair done by Lane. She waited the normal 3 days to wash her hair and after the first washing ALL of the dye was gone. Lane told my mother that the dye would lighten up A LITTLE so we were expecting that. We thought maybe it was just that we weren't used to it so we have I told a few extra days. When we called Lane, she said that there was some "4 day policy" where after those 4 days, the client has to pay to have her hair fixed even if it was the stylist that messed it up. RIDICULOUS. We then asked to speak to the owner, Emily. Upon talking you Emily, she was very rude and ended up hanging up on my mother claiming she was trying to get her hair done for free. Yes, she was trying to get her hair done for free BECAUSE LANE MESSED IT UP THE FIRST TIME!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. IF YOU DO, DO NOT USE LANE OR EMILY.
I had Lane put some ombré blonde on my dark hair and Shevardnadze did measly pinstripes on the bottom. She teased my hair to do it. I've never had a stylist tease my hair to put highlights in. She put such a knot in my hair that she couldn't get it out. She made me comb my wet hairbrush out myself so she could play on her phone. The knot was so bad that I had to go to another salon to get it out. It took my other girl almost 20 minutes to get it out. Again, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!!!!
