Horrible experience. Paid over $70 for my my hair to be cut just straight across. Asked for a blunt bob and got a crooked chop. Owner reached out and indicated she would lole to correct with another stylist. Called and left a message and no one has returned phone call. Sent email asking for a refund, no response. Went to this salon expecting preofessionalism and got a bad $70 hiarcut.

I got the best Bob cut today from Lauren. She is a fantastic colorist. My highlights ...I love. I receive many compliments on my hair and that is thanks to her great work. She really listens when you tell her what you want and always hits the target ! Thanks Lauren... Paula

It was exciting to go to a new salon and getting in at last minute was better as I had a funeral coming up to attend...was on time, explained my needs and got a disaster. I conveyed I wanted only a little off length, more layers to take off the heaviness of top, slight bang trim. What I got was a VERY short cut, an "old lady" bob cut (like all the other old ladies in there" with the back extremely short and puffed on the sides and top)! No where near the look I came in to improve or that I explained (at length). I shared photos of styles I had previously that worked with my hair and "cowliks" that I had liked before so that she understood my need. No where did I say CUT it off, give me a short hairstyle. She seem to get in the mode of the same styles other women about my age (but with white hair) were getting by the other stylists.... it was not what I asked. Although it's easy to get into a routine of figuring older women need less hair, less work to maintain, but when I even pointed out I was aiming to fix this bad cut that had grown out during Covid lockdown, and GROW my hair with beautiful layers out one last time before really older and needed it shorter. Please don't allow your stylists to assume all older women want to look the same. It broke my heart to be disregarded with my simple requests...even when I asked her to stop cutting. I was grateful I was not charged as she recognized my total disappointment, and thank her for that. Owner, please review the reality that your clients are at the mercy and trust with your staff and listening skills are imperative to connect and provide top service for the prices you charge. Especially with going slower on cuts to reassure (as the owner did with a customer who had grown out too), not doing just what they want. Remind personal stylist followings have strong word of mouth and social media accounts. I went on a referral after returning back to town and had hoped to maintain a long term relationship for color with regular maintenance. The search continues...:(

I had Nancy do my eyebrow microblading and she did an amazing job. I'm very happy with my results! The whole process was easy and fairly pain free. She is very detailed orientated and makes sure you are completely happy with your brows. Definitely going back to Nancy for my yearly touch ups.

I had been searching for the perfect hair stylist to do balayage highlights in my hair for the longest and I came along Gina's page on ig and I've been going to her for the past almost 3 years and she is so professional and the sweetest and 99.9 % of the time matches your hair exactly to a demo pic you show her and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair but Gina and the salon is always so clean and staff is super nice!
