Elena May Salon in Lakewood Ranch, FL

Would love to share my experience! On June 22 ,2019 I decided to have extensions put in my hair. So i went to the salon lofts to have it done. The day after I had got the extensions ,(On June 23 rd) they were falling out. So I texted her and she said that she can see me on June 26 th to put them back in. On June 30 th I lost 20 more pieces (extensions) and she advised me that she is on vacation in the Ukraine and will not be back for 3 weeks. Mind you I had paid her $1200.00 for this... within 3 weeks I had lost 1/2 of the extensions out of 100 of them and had to find another salon. I told her that I do not have the time to come to her salon every other day. Instead of doing the right thing she was very disgruntle and told me that she would take the rest out and give me my money back . I said okay my husband and I will be down there to get it done. Made him come with me to make sure that she does not hurt me. And she never showed up! So I did my research on salons that were well experienced with extensions. So i found a salon, but it was all the way in North Port (Another $500). Apon arrival at the new salon, many stylist and workers there asked me, what happened to my hair? They were asking why my extensions were falling out and made it very aware that this was not ok! I told the new salon everything i was told and everything that was done. I told them she said that she had a better brand and that they would last for 1 year @ double the price. So i agreed to go that route. That was the biggest mistake I made. I do not recommend this stylist! I was not treated fair at all. Would really not want this to happen to another person. Every woman knows that our hair is very important, and we take care of our hair regularly. Please think twice when choosing this stylist!
