Supercuts in Lakewood Ranch, FL

Thank you Victoria!! What a gorgeous haircut on my grandson. She did exactly what he wanted and it turned out perfect! He's very happy and looks so handsome! 5 STARS!!

I came in super excited because I've been growing out my blond hair for months and my color faded to light brownish color on the ends. I wanted to color the ends to my natural hair color lady recommended doing the whole thing. I trusted her. 3 hours later, and the lady was super nice, I'm walking out with very dark blue grey hair. She did good getting the old color out but I got nothing close to what I wanted and I want to cry. And I'm very nice so I don't want to say names or anything. But I've never gotten my hair this WRONG before. Also it is streaky blond in the top middle and she asked me to come back so I could, probably pay more, to touch it up and fix her mistake. She even asked if I told medications or genetics that would mess with my hair. How do you ask for dirty blond and end up with very dark hair? My hair was bleached/damaged for no reason. She could have just put this color on and probably end up with a similar result! She did say it would probably lighten up to a lighter grey in a few weeks. But I don't want grey I wanted blonde. (Edit) I did get a refund but the lady said if I go anywhere else it will still be blue because there is something wrong with my hair. How are you closed on Saturday ? Multiple locations closed in the area on the weekends .. and on the weekdays you're open only 6 hours a day? How do you expect to keep customers? How do you even make money to keep doors open ? .. oh wait it shows bc there's always a new hair stylist working , and they all don't know how to cut hair. Every time I leave a Supercuts there's something wrong with my haircut - the price should be no more than $4 for a haircut from here .. The employees are too worried about people waiting in line and rushing as opposed to completing the haircut right. I've found maybe 2 great hair stylists after 5 years of living around here. I'm a guy, I need a simple haircut. Why can't I come in and leave satisfied ? Supercuts , more like disappointingcuts .. Also , 4 locations in the area and only 3 total employees working on Saturday leaves alot of room for people to go in and get a haircut .. what a joke

Victoria did an amazing job cutting my hair! Stopped in on a whim because I couldn't take my long fine hair any longer. Victoria listened to my needs and I came away with a gorgeous bob with some layering around the bottom for added volume. Best cut I've gotten since moving to LWR and I typically go to overpriced salons. Now I'm headed to SuperCuts and saving time and money!! Thanks, Victoria!!

These people have no problem wasting your time. I was told it would be a few minutes for a hair cut, an hr later they let someone getting their hair cut add their kid ahead of me. My time is valuable.
