I've been going to this shop before Ruby had it and it still upholds the quality reputation as the former establishment. I smashed my toe years ago at work and the nail grew back thicker. So I have to watch it and keep it in check because I'm on my feet all the time. Tina does my pedicure and her service is special. Even when the shop is busy she takes her time on you. Very meticulous. I'm there once every month.
Ruby has been my manicurist for 10 years!! She's continued to provide an amazing service to me (when she was based in a different salon and now in her own salon). Her and the other ladies in her salon are professional and detail oriented. Def call ahead of time to know your wait time/approx pricing for acrylics/designs. Highly recommend!
I appreciate the walk-in service. Christy made my hands and nails clean and healthy. I requested a gel French Manicure. She delivered a 5-star service. She listened to me, the client. And to me, that's the most important part of customer service. She took her time to clean up my nails from a previous nail shop. I came here because my place was closed will never happen again they cut my toe and I told them to stop and the still wanted full payment no polish no cleaning go at own risk when the lady left that was on the side of me they did not clean the spa.
