Went to see Kara for a cut. My hair was meticulously cut prior by my lady in Corona, but after reading the reviews here and knowing I just needed a slight trim, I thought I would just go to Kara this one time. BIG, BIG MISTAKE!!! After Tracy washed my hair (Tracy is no longer there), Kara was ready to cut. She picked a piece up on right side and chopped. Middle somewhere and chopped. I was horrified. Nothing was being used as a guide. My cut was SO bad...! Next day I called Kristy White at ULTA. She's the salon manager. She got me in and showed me that no guide was used, at all. My hair was just HACKED UP. Kristy turned a terrible situation into a beautiful haircut though, but I had to lose a couple of inches in order to fix the disaster. She was amazing. Kristy suggested I call Kara to get my money returned. She pointed out, along with another stylist and a customer, that that is customary. So, I called Kara. I was polite, explained the situation and suggested I would like a refund. She said come in Tuesday. When I got there, I was polite, but she got VERY NASTY at ME. Then she said as she handed me the envelope with my refund, "I don't think we can help you here anymore." I said, "that's fine." She then said..."I don't ever want to see you again." I have never had someone talk to me that way from a salon or any other store, but TRUST me, she will never see me again. My advice if you value your hair...stay as FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM KARA at Eden Salon

I haven't lived in Redlands full-time for almost seven years now, but every time I come home to visit I make sure to come here so Kara can cut my hair. She always knows exactly what to do, and I always leave feeling beautiful. She's also just a joy to talk to while she's working her magic! Can't recommend her enough.

Kara is the absolute best! She has been cutting my hair for the longest time. She always offers recommendations for you to maintain your hair outside the salon, especially for chemically processed hair. The salon has a great energy. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone.
