Absolutely LOVED this experience. She was so nice, and very accommodating. I was a last minute client today and she fit me in and did a GREAT job. So thankful for this being my first nail experience here!
I am new to the area so I had no idea which nail salons were worth it, but this is one I will definitely be going back to! I got the Delux Spa Pedicure and loved it!! service was wonderful, area was clean and professional, the ladies were so sweet and helpful!!! $35 for the whole thing, included all the amenities INCLUDING HOT STONE MASSAGE! I will say they TAKE CASH ONLY at the moment but they have an atm if you need one. it does charge 99 cents fee. There is a Navy Federal Atm right outside the building too! I will definitely be coming back here, wonderful service!! I have happy feet! :))
Customer service is terrible and the two women in there were rude. One did not even say hello. They charge you to take off gel polish in addition to the cost for the pedicure. That should be included taking off polish. She also asked for my ID on a $32 purchase when no other salon has done that and gave me a lame excuse why. I told her then post a sign that you check ID like the other signs everywhere. It's an old shop, outdated furniture and no modern machinery. I am never going back there.
UNSANITARY!!!!!! I came here with my girlfriend to get pedicures, there was one person working while we were the only customers. she used the same tools on my friend and I without cleaning them in between usage. it was very rushed, and the scrubber she used looked very old. again, she used the same tools on me that she did my friend and i wonder how many other people they had been used on prior to us without being cleaned. everything down to the chairs we were sitting in were extremely dirty. most definitely will not be going back. we came home and immediately washed our feet with antibacterial soap to prevent any infection.
I highly recommend this place. I also got my toes and brows done. I was scared with my brows because I only trust one person with my brows back home and she definitely met my expectations. The first time I show a picture of the nails I wanted and this salon made it almost identical. I also loved the awesome customer service. First time coming and will be coming back!
