I love coming here! Michelle is amazing and I love that I can just show up to my appointment and she takes care of the rest and I always leave happy! Been there over three times now and I'll keep going back to her! Everyone is nice both hairdressers and customers!

I'm a British girl now living in 29 Palms and when i first moved here somebody told me it was impossible to find a decent hair stylist here because all the salons only catered for Marine buzz cuts! I have been traveling into Palm Springs for the past 4 years! Then i discovered Boardwalk and Christina and hair life has improved drastically! Christina has done an amazing job of restyling and recoloring my hair and it is now the best cut and color i have ever had along with being the healthiest it has ever been after years of me home coloring/bleaching. I will definitely be going here for all my hair needs from now on! Thank you Christina and Boardwalk!!

Had a wonderful hair cut by Michelle and would highly recommend. I love my hair and the place is clean and obvious COVID precautions are in place.

I used to have Corbie cut my hair, but due to her schedule, I have gone to see one of the other ladies instead. Both times I have gone to get my hair cut, I've walked away unsure about it, and in the end unsatisfied. The first time I went in with a picture of what I wanted and when she was finished I told her that I actually wanted it shorter. Even though I asked a couple of times for the lady to make it shorter, it never quite got to where I wanted it, and instead went home not feeling like I got the haircut I wanted. Thinking maybe she was having an off day, and being a local customer of theirs, I decided to give them one more chance. This second time was just awful. My hairstyle is a stacked angled bob. I went in with more pictures on hand to show all angles of the cut. In the end it was still longer than what I wanted and it looked a little weird in the mirror but (like we've all done) thought that if I went home and washed/dried it myself that it would lay differently and look better. However, that was not the case. It had looked like I had a chunk of hair taken out of the back of my head and the rest of my hair was forgotten. In the end I went to another salon and asked them to fix my hair for me and finally got my classic haircut back. Now don't get me wrong, The Boardwalk has nice women working there, but if you have a complex bob, this might not be the place to go to get it cut.
