One day I was in the area and drove past this place. I decided to call and see if they could take me. When they answered they said reservations only but had a cancellation and would fit me in. I went in and the lady that helped me wasn't friendly and was rude. If you don't want to take a customer then don't. She rushed me the entire time and didn't do a great job on my nails. There was polish on my cuticles (that were not trimmed). When I called there was no mention that they were a cash only place. There was no signage that said cash only. Imagine my surprise when I went to pay and she said cash only! You need to be upfront about this when you begrudgingly accept a walk-in customer. Wont go back here.

Visited this salon on a whim for the first time today. I don't get my nails done often but really glad I finally went in to a place I drive by every day. Everyone was so friendly, coupled with quality service. Happy to have experienced this salon and will definitely be returning!

My mom and I made an appointment here about a month in advance to get our nails done for my wedding. I showed up about 15 minutes early for our 1:00 appointment so I could look at colors. When I walked in, I said hi and that that I am a bit early so I could look at colors and my mother would be here soon. I was quickly told that we had no appointment. That we must be at the wrong place, that we may have scheduled somewhere else, can I show proof on my call history that I called them a month ago (Seriously? I don't have the history, my mom called). How insulting! I was asked when was the last time I had been there (what does that matter? I am a new client, and my mom has been there before). No apologies from these ladies other than them acting as though it must be my fault, not theirs. Also they are saying other places I can go to instead. Point is, we have an appointment here. I made no mistake, but they certainly did. It's just a guess, but I'd bet money they scratched out our appointments in order to get a frequent customer in instead. If you are looking for a place to go, don't go here. I then went to Bee's Nails at Town & Country Village. They got me in and were very respectful and did a beautiful job on my nails for my wedding.

I've gone to Eastern Nail Salon for about 15 years seeing Chi and won't go anywhere else. I drive all the way from Folsom for their service because of the quality of their work. My friends now go there at my recommendation. They have recently remodeled the interior with updated furniture and pedicure stations. The best!

I recently moved so I'm looking for a new permanent salon. Called and made my appointment. I was told on the phone cash only. No big deal whatsoever. Showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early so I could choose colors and check out the new place. I walked in and 3 employees were there. 1 was not working, 1 was cleaning up a pedicure basin and 1 was with several clients. I walked in and no one greeted me, said hello or even acknowledged me. I stated my name and said I was in for my appointment but I was a touch early. They said they would be right with me. I looked at colors and picked one. I noticed the salon looked clean, had a nice seating area to wait and they even had a charging station with all the the charger types to use. I was actually feeling pretty great about this place and put my phone on to charge and was pretty happy reading a magazine. After my phone was on for about 3 minutes the employee that was not working came over to my phone and asked if I was done because she wanted to charge her phone. She was not nice and actually was quite snotty the way she asked me. So I of course and let her have the charging station. There I sat, waiting and waiting being glared at meanly by the 3 ladies that worked there. 2 were not working and didn't even take me. All 3 wore lots of make up and very overweight and looked like sisters perhaps. I don't know what in the world I did to tick these ladies off but I finally left after waiting over 40 minutes. They looked at me liked they wanted to beat me up. I told them nicely that it was taking too long and that I couldn't wait anymore and that I had to leave. They said ok and I left. Now know why they had so many magazines! They keep you waiting forever as they sit and look at you rudely. Once I get a place I like I go to the place for years so honestly they missed out on a LOT of money from me because I'm always at the salon having tons of stuff done for myself and my adult kids and my salon is part oft family. There loss!
