Behnaz has been coloring, cutting and styling my hair for almost 20 years. Her precise cutting, her creativity to match the hair style to your face, and her coloring is always completed with her exceptional skills. I moved away from Sacramento 5 years ago and looked and tried hairdressers in San Francisco, Sonoma and Napa. I returned to Behnaz because she truly is a pro with her skills.

I came across Behnaz's Yelp page and took great interest in her Bob haircuts. I went in today to "fix" my at-home Bob and I am so happy I did! It had been years since I had my hair done professionally and since the pandemic, I decided upon myself to cut it at home. I am so happy I found Behnaz and I am very satisfied with my experience tonight. I appreciate her attention to detail and precision cutting. She's excellent at what she does and I can't wait to see her again.

My honest opinion. Behnaz seems nice, but she took advantage possibly because I'm not assertive. Haircut and color costed $360. Haircut was just okay. Didn't really look like the picture I showed. She told me she would put me to work and had me hand her foil the whole time while she was coloring my hair, so I couldn't relax. But the part that leads me to leave a bad review is that she asked me to pay her through Venmo, which is fine. I paid her with Venmo and put "hair" as the description. But then she freaked out on me and said I shouldn't have written on Venmo that it was for hair. She said I should have put that it was for "flowers" instead. She was upset. This didn't sit right with me when I left. I called salon bravissimo, which is the salon she is located at. I was told by a manager that they spoke with her about the situation and that she would call me to explain the Venmo situation. It's been a week, I called twice, and I haven't received a call back. This was my experience. I went to James Mark Salon to get my hair corrected after, and had a more professional experience.

Moved back home from Chicago and was looking to get my curly fro tamed and came across Behnaz on Yelp. I was getting Deva Cuts before and was getting sick of them because my hair kept looking the same and it was a lot of $$$ to be dishing out on a haircut. I'm also one of those people that only gets a haircut every 6 months, so when I get one, I need it to be on point! My hair was starting to look like a square bob and Behnaz could see that and was able to envision what I wanted! Behnaz is definitely a perfectionist when it comes to hair! She takes her time and cuts layers in a way that will mimic the movement of hair. We took a little more length off than I wanted but hair grows back and I'd rather get rid of the damaged hair. If you're a coarse, curly haired girl looking for a haircut, Behnaz is your girl! ;)
