Always fast and attentive, been coming here since I was 16, so for 15 years. One time I forgot to bring my wallet but they were cool and helped me pay them back. Tu Le was great.

For those that aren't happy, u should try LeAnn. That is the lady my sons used most of the time once we discovered she is the best one to use. We did used other ladies before LeAnn got hired there, but those cuts were from so-so to a big disappointment. If u are very picky about this and that, LeAnn will be the one to ask for. To make it better, bring in a picture. Try to go there early in the day. I think LeAnn and Annie are the two most popular ladies that customers ask for. Do try to remember people do have to make a living especially with such high inflation. I noticed some 1 star needs to be realistic. This is a BIZ. If you need to know, ask for price before you have it done. They have posted prices. Anything u ask them to do is a service. Time is money!!! For example, men haircut 20 to 25. Let's say if you cannot afford the 25 the higher end cost, ask first. The ladies decided on cost based on the complexity of your cut which usually comes out to be the time they spent on doing your style of haircut. I always tip at salons. Tip amt is based on my satisfaction!

Annie is the best. Consistently happy with my haircuts for the last 2 years. Affordable enough for me to get a trim every two weeks. Location is great too - good breakfast burritos right next door.

I used to come to E Spa and Salon at 992 Saratoga Ave, San Jose, CA 95129, prior to Covid. I never had a bad experience. Recently, I decided to try it again. I go there for manicures, pedicures, and haircuts. When I first came there, I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness and appearance of the shop. The pedicure chairs looked fairly new, and the massage mode worked great. I really like how plastic sheets is used in the chair tub, very sanitary. So I did note that there are some 1 star reviews, many of which are 1-2 years old. I am only going to focus on my experience. On my first visit, a very nice lady named Kim greeted me. She was very polite and gave me a great haircut exactly to my specs. I really needed a pedicure, but being an older male, I feel embarrassed about this. I asked Kim, who assured me many men have them. I really like this and have even had manicures. So the last thing I want to mention is that every time I visit, the salon is busy with hair and nail customers. It seems to be well staffed, and everything they do looks outstanding. I have only worked with Kim, but the other staff has always been nice to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!

This place gave my man BANGS on the back of his head. My boyfriend has been coming to this salon for a pretty long time now and he has a regular style that he always asks for and it's very simple. Nothing complex. However, yesterday was very different since he gave the exact specifications but the lady did NONE of them and was being rude when told the specifications again after she started cutting off WAY more than necessary. She left my man looking like a mushroom after he asked for a light fade and pretty much shaved ALL his hair off marine corps style except the top and gave him an awful looking wannabe undercut. The cherry on top of the cake was when she ASKED us for a TIP when we were paying instead of leaving the decision up to us. She then tried CHANGING the price from 20 to 25 dollars after we paid. Incredibly unprofessional. Y'all are never gonna be seeing us here again. Please do Saratoga a favor and close down so there are no more bad haircut victims.
