The owner and the other ladies are very nice and friendly. They are all very experienced and hard working. My family and I have been going there for years and have never been dissapointed

This salon is better than Rich's on king. Liane has a good hand when it comes to processed hair. I ended up with highlights and a base color and my hair came out nice. There wasn't any fallout nor dryness

I came here for my nails and hair. My haircut was pretty nice but the nails were horrible. The chipped after 2 days; very low quality, not to mention the people working there were very rude and unprofessional.

The worst mani/pedi I've ever received. I wasn't going to write a review, but I changed my mind since it hasn't even been a week since I got my mani/pedi and I already have to get them both redone.....somewhere else! First off, yes, I was greeted when I walked in around 5:20pm. The only other customer in the shop was a gentlemen having his hair cut by whom I'm assuming was the owner. I had to wait a few minutes to be helped which was no big deal. My pedicure was done by the female, whom I'm assuming is the the owner and my shellac nails were done by her male co-worker. I was started off with my pedicure first. Things seemed like this was going to be a good experience, but that is not the case. Being the only customer I thought I was going to get the best mani/pedi ever, but instead it felt like I was being rushed out of there. Now mind you, I was the only customer in the shop at this time now. The trimming of my nails were sloppy and uneven and the trimming of the surrounding areas of the toes were done half-ass. The painting of my toes look like a 5 year old did them as well. When I got home I had to re-file some of my toenails because they were filed unevenly due to being clipped that way and I also had to try to clean up the polish that caked up around the cuticles. Aside from the service being terrible, the owner and worker(s) never truly engaged with me as far as asking me what I wanted and making sure that I was happy with what they were doing. And yes, I did tell them what I wanted. As for my shellac nails. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! It hasn't even been a week yet and the polish is chipping off 4 of my nails and I have multiple cracks on almost all of my nails as well. Looks like I took a very sharp fine tipped knife to my nails. This has never happened to me before and whenever I've had shellac polish it usually will last me 3 weeks before I have to go back in. And to top it off the paint job is terrible. My nails already look like a 2 week grow out and they are lifting at the base as well. Now, I really wanted to like this place because I've been looking for a consistent place to go, but I will never set foot in here again. I guess as they say, you get what you paid for, but I know that this is not true of all places either.

I'd honestly give this place no stars if I could. I went to this salon to get gel nails, and they started to chip on the second day. When I went to the salon to get them fixed, one of the workers rolled her eyes at me and told me that it was nothing. I then told her that that's never happened to me anywhere else, that it usually takes two and a half weeks for me to see any form of chipping. She then went on to show me her nails (which were realllllly messed up by the way) and said that her sister did them for her the day before and then said "see, I told you it's normal". Such terrible quality nails and service. This is not even including her rude comment about my weight. I was sitting next to my friend while she finished her nails and she asked her "your friend doesn't really eat huh?" referring to me. She then went on to ask me if I have an animal in my stomach. I don't care what her intention was when she said it. There are people that struggle with body image issues every single day, and the thought that she could have wrecked someone else's day by saying something similar makes me sick. I also have never made a review before and made my yelp account specifically so I could write this. DO NOT COME HERE!
