Awesome place defiantly recommend it! From my experience this place is probably one of the best nail salons in Ft Wayne! Very Sanitary but the people were a little weird because every time I make a sudden noise everyone puts eyes on you! But anyways this place defiantly deserves 4 stars!
WARNING, Worst nail salon I've ever been to in Fort Wayne. don't go here, no refund and had to pay to remove them. I had bubble thick acrylics, terrible polish, shape was horrible. Terrible job old women with glasses can barely see what she's doing. Avoid this place at all costs.
My daughter and I went to get our nails done. The service was abrupt, and they seemed in a rush. There were no other customers. Our pedicures were average but not great. The guy who did my daughter's manicure actually nicked her cuticle and made it bleed. He didn't acknowledge or apologize for it. She was too nice to say anything and didn't tell me until after left the salon. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I called ahead for appointment only to have to wait for over an hour. I went in to have a new set of tips put on and a pedicure. Pedicure was great, procedure for new tips not so much. The man acted like he didn't want to do what I asked for, very rude and very rough taking off the old set. My cuticles were sore and swollen for days after. Finally left 3 1/2 hours after arriving, I will not be back!
I was a walk in here tonight. I walked in with a beautiful set of natural fingernails that I asked to have "cleaned up" and trimmed. No color. The young man on staff proceeded to cut my nails down to the almost the quick. He did not even bother to file them properly. They are jagged and snag on everything. Will I go back -doubtful but if you have to avoid the young man and go for someone else. Yes their prices are decent but ... you evidently get what you pay for. Back to queen I go.
