I'd give this place no stars if I could. The first time I got my nails done here, The color sequence I wanted was not right. Not to mention him being on his phone watching his stocks. The second time I got my nails done, my nails were the right color sequence but very lumpy. And that was just gel polish. The third time I went to get my nails done, my appointment was at four I was told I could leave because they were behind. Then I came back and waited an hour so I just left. The parking lot is always full because there's a gym behind it so you have to park pretty far away . So if he chooses place enter at your own risk make sure he's not on his phone or your finger nails will look jacked up. Also good luck when setting up your appointment because I always get hung up on before I finish talking to them.The wife is super sweet though.
They are rude and always have an attitude, especially the lady. Every time I go it's always something. They have skipped over me, I had an appointment scheduled and wasn't served until almost 2 hours after, they charged me double "accidentally", and now yesterday the lady literally told my sister, "You can leave; We don't do long nails", which were her real nails by the way. Pitiful. You can tell they pick and choose whose nails they feel like doing. My best advice is to go to Kate's Signature Nails, which is a much better environment and very welcoming!
Very affordable. The people are great. They provide a great atmosphere with pleasant attitudes. They take their time and their attention to detail will definitely keep me coming back. Also, their English is really good. Their staff is very friendly and funny. I love their work and will definitely be returning when I come back to town!
