I came here for a gel mani and pedi not too long ago. I felt very awkward as I was the only one in the salon with just two people who worked their. The service was nothing exceptional so I do not think I will be returning.
I came here last week for a quick pedi, I mean quick because I was on a short break from work. I was greeted, provided with service as soon as I walked in. Once sat I explained I was in a hurry and Steve did a nice and quick job. I was provided with a cold refreshing bottled water, my favorite drink. Needless to say, I will be back when in town. Good job!
This is by far the BEST place I've been to. There was no wait and they were all super nice and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and felt welcomed. The salon was very clean. Steven and Lisa did my mani and pedi and they came out perfect. Steven was super polite and put on a tv show I watch. Lisa was also nice and offered me a bottle of water and magazine and gave me the best massage. I accidentally asked asked for a color instead of French and she was 3 nails in when I asked if she could change it and she did so without complaining and was super understanding and sweet. They are also inexpensive. This is my new go to nail place. Must visit!
The service here is impeccable. I was offered magazines and a bottle of water upon sitting down. I got a manicure with gel for $22. During my manicure here I got to pick a TV show to watch on their big screen. These were all great perks to the very basic manicure I got. They do a great job with the basic color and painting. I wish they were able to do more designs and 3-D art. Skills wise I would give them only three stars since it's not anything fancy. Regardless, the basic stuff is done nicely and all the extra perks is what bumps them up to a four star salon.
They had excellent customer service. Michael especially took the time for my oriental pedicure and gel mani making me feel especially pampered. Making sure everything was just the way I liked it and that I enjoyed it along the way. Everyone was friendly and a very comfortable and clean environment. They took care of me right away. Thank Goodness no major waits. I will be back!
