I have been going to Fantastic Sams for over 20 years with my four children. We decided to try a new location near my son's track practice. I entered the establishment and asked for a trim for my son. He soon made it clear that he was only going to let them trim his bangs ($12 service) upon completion (10min. later/no wash), I was charged $29 (Full haircut price including wash). I reiterated that I only requested a bang cut. I wish I could include the picture of the few dropping of hair on the floor after his BANG CUT. The assistant manager, Vikki was outrageously rude to me and insisted my charge was $29. I explained over again, showed the few hair droppings on the floor and she continued to rudely let me know (while chewing food in her mouth) that she was not in charge of prices. I have NEVER received such POOR customer service. I strongly suggest not spending your hard earned money here and if you do visit this place make CLEAR from the beginning what you want and then stop in the middle and again make clear what you want and the previous quoted price and then my last bit of advice stay clear of Vikki and her horrible disposition.

I go to the Corona shop. My stylist is Lupe and she's great. She does good haircuts and color and she does what you as for. I've been going there for years.
My entire family comes here and we love it!! Magda has been my stylist for years and I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. I've always received great service.
Liked my haircut. After a year or more without haircut I went to competition but haircut was unsatisfactory, to say the least. A friend mentioned FS as favorable so I figured I'd give it a try. Very pleased and I'll return again. Sorry I can't remember cutters name.
