Almost two weeks ago I went to this nail place to get gel nails on my natural nail. The tech rushed through doing my nails. She kept grabbing my hands and unnecessarily squeezing my hands. I could tell by looking at the other tech she was not doing my nails properly. There were so many shortcuts taken. I finished with the lady who was there before me. As the other customer stood at the register, she said how could she be finished with your nails so quickly. When the other customer left the workers began to make disparaging remarks about her in English.
The next morning , Sunday, one of my nails chipped badly. That evening the nail chipped more. I went back Monday and they said something in their native language. I showed them my nail. The nail tech put some kind of liquid on my nails. The tech took another shortcut in cleaning and fixing my nail. The next day more nails chipped. Nasty and rude is what I saw in this place!!!
Most of my gel nails came off my fingers. They were quite rude and uncaring about me.

This nail salon damaged my nails very badly. The acrylic ripped off my actual nail and it is a bloody mess.
I've been to a TON of different nail places and have never been very impressed with the pedicures or manicures. I stopped getting gel because it chipped so easily, but decided last Sunday to get gel on my nails. they haven't chipped AT ALL since I went last week, and the pedicure was awesome! the staff were super sweet and I will definitely be going back!
They did not use a liner in the pedicure tub, and the tools were not sterilized. I left with cuts on 3 toes and 2 fingers, did not get the massage included in my pedicure, and my nails were not shaped at all. I came home and scrubbed with antiseptic to prevent infection in the cuts. Will never return to that nail salon. It just felt dirty inside
I was the first one here but of course "certain people " was serviced before me after I asked if they had any appointments scheduled she said no but I still had to wait until 11am after sitting there since 9:30am
