Diva Nails & Spa in Sellersburg, IN

Went to get eyebrows waxed. Was literally scalded by the wax being WAY TO HOT! Lady was laying on my shoulders while waxing. To finish it off it was a TERRIBLE job! Never ever going back! This is the 2nd time I ended with the same result!

I went in for a last minute fill in on my manicure this morning because I couldn't get in anywhere else. I have only been here for a pedicure once or twice before, so I thought I would give it a try. needless to say, I do not see myself coming back anytime soon. When filing my previous set, my fingers got hit multiple times by the drill, which stung a little, but at least I did not bleed. And since I had a previous set on, I asked to have my nails cut back. The lady told me she would do it later, but when I reminded her shortly after, she told me it was too late. And when we got to the point of doing the design for the accent nail, she told me she wouldnot be able to do it.. even though I showed her a picture of what I wanted when I sat down. It would not have mattered as much if she told me no design at the beginning when I showed her the picture, but she decided last minute she wouldn't do it. She didn't even try using a brush, only a metal scraper tool. And in the end, my too long nails were thick and lumpy because of the layers of polish, there was gunk all under and around my my nails, which I had to clean up myself, and there are little dust specks all over my nails from filing down my previous set because it didn't get dusted off before starting on polish. I also left with polish all over my fingers, which I had to remove with acetone when I got home. I ended up only paying $30, which I am grateful for, but the service I received was awful. I am lucky I could get an appointment immediately after calling, but I will not be returning.

Amazing the people who work they are interactive and really nice they usually have a kiddie dog there but since coronavirus the dog is at home 10 out of 10 would recommend going here

I am literally writing this This place was understaffed and only had two people working. One of them did manicures and the other was doing pedicures. The lady that did my nails was rude and rushing was to get my nails done so they look really bad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I could give 0 stars I would

I went to Diva Nails based on other reviews on Yelp.  I live in charlestown, Indiana but have become increasingly concerned about the nail shop in Charlestown. They just didnt seem to care about the customers concerns. I gave Diva Nails 5 stars because Lan ( my nail tech) cares with her heart.  I had a wonderful massage during my pedicure and the quality of the nail artistry is 2nd to none. Lan Tries very hard to engage in English Conversation. And she makes sure you are happy during your visit and before you walk out the door.
