Disregard the fact that it's in a Jay-C parking lot, and in Sellersburg! It's great even in comparison to more upscale salons in Louisville.
I can't say enough good things. Most of the staff know the clients on a first name basis the moment they walk in the door. In fact, I had no idea they knew my mother so well until we walked in today and everyone greeted. It was kind of cool and surprising. Y'all know my momma? Awww.
What about hygiene? Nail Envy is one of the cleanest places I've seen for a pedicure. They use disposable linings in the tubs, as well as all the other standard sanitary items. Disposable linings are like a little extra step that really make me feel safe and at ease at a nail salon. Microorganisms can be scary!
You get all the bang for your buck. High quality products and service. Also: kind and amazing staff who take their time with you!
You'll definitely need to call and make an appointment because they're almost always busy. But, isn't that a good thing? It feels small and intimate here because that's the idea. You can usually get in the same day as long as you call early! Early bird gets the worm :p

Oh my goodness, this is the best place I've ever been to for a pedicure. One of the main things I judge a pedicure by is how well the massage is. The massage given with a pedicure is AMAZING here! On top of that, they are friendly and know what they are doing. I'll definitely be back!
I am such a fan of Nail Envy! Mia does my nails and she is amazing! I got a gel manicure with her a week ago, and it still looks brand new. She was very attentive with my nails and made sure they were evenly shaped before starting my full manicure. She did a thorough job of cleaning my nail beds before painting them, and the paint job is perfect!
I highly recommend Nail Envy, and I highly recommend Mia as your nail technician!
If you do not have an appointment do not waste your time. Shop should honestly place signage that states by appoint only.
