Loved my gel mani and pedi. Did a great job, got me in quickly and fairly priced. Staff are all very personable and they seem to have a lot of regulars that continue to come back.
Awful experience. Soaked off my prior tips and drilled the nail underneath to the nail bed underneath. They then covered my tender nails with a bubble of dip powder that sits so far off my nail I can't clean out from underneath of them.
Utensils are "sanitized" in containers that don't cover the dirty tool.
Asked the gentleman to fix them and he simply filed them shorter. The bubble remains.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I can not believe the customer service I received in the short interaction I've had with the employees. I NEVER get my nails done because they're so expensive and you just never know what you're going to pay. I call ahead of time to ask about pricing and if they accept walk ins. Immediately the lady on the phone had an attitude and seemed annoyed by my questions. I ignored it and just figured she was busy. So I walk in about 10:30AM and wasn't greeted upon arriving but was greeted with starring as if I was supposed to say something. The same lady was like "What do you want?" Again sounding bothered by my presence. And I told her acrylic nails. She then mumbled under her breath and I couldn't hear her so I said, "what did you say?". I kid you not she said "I SAID OVER AN HOUR WAIT". I am the most understanding person with customer service employees because I was a waitress for years, so not once did I ever have a bad tone. It literally makes me so angry and upset because a nail salon is a treatment for me like a luxury. I want to go to feel pampered because I am paying for the service. The least you could do is be kind to your customers. I have never left an establishment so fast. Nor do I ever leave reviews. But I couldn't not do it because of how horrible the experience it was and how degrading it made me feel. I will probably never ever get my nails done again because of this.
If I could give 0 stars for my customer service experience this morning, I would! I booked an appointment for 2 pedicures and arrived 3 minutes early. No one greeted us as we walked in. The man asked what we were there for and if we had appointments. He had a look of disgust and overwhelmed. I had a 3rd person with me to get service. It's is ok if the schedule doesn't allow you to service her but the rudeness and attitudes were very unnecessary and unprofessional. I will NEVER spend another dime at this establishment, and you shouldn't either.
The two male technicians sitting side by side doing pedicures were making fun of the customers. The large sign on the front window stated Walk-Ins Welcome, but they didn't behave that way. The pedicure was mediocre. The mail techs have no idea how to treat new business.
