If I could give this salon ZERO stars I would. Literally the WORST, non-manicure experience I have ever encountered. I had the same rude nail tech that someone else who left a bad review, also had. I recognized her right away from that photo. She was completely rude to me!! It was my first time here, so I asked how much a gel manicure was and she said $35. I asked her how much a basic manicure was and she said $17. So I told her I would like the basic manicure. When I did this, her demeanor immediately changed towards me. You could tell she was angry I wasn't choosing the more expensive one. She sat down and put a dirty price list in front of me and told me, it would be better if I did the gel because the one I chose would not last. I said, no it's okay, I am getting clear polish anyway. I want the $17 manicure please. Again, she shrugged and rolled her eyes in annoyance. I should have just gotten up and walked out and regrettably didn't. She soaked my fingers in luke warm water with no soap or anything for maybe 30 seconds. She didn't even file every nail of mine. Did not push back the cuticles, didn't clean under my nails and when putting lotion on, she basically spent 15 seconds rubbing it into both arms. She also cut me in 3 places because she was rushing when she cut my cuticles. It was a complete joke!! My nails didn't even match because she only filed some of them. Then she got up and left. When she walked by, I asked her one by one to file the ones she missed. She said, "they are so short". I said, I know but I still want them to look like I had a manicure. At this point I was so done with her attitude and for the service I was about to pay for, but didn't get. I asked her to put another 2nd coat of clear polish on because it literally looked like I didn't even have a manicure at all. I didn't even want to pay for the service and really wanted to walk out. When I got up to go to the man at the front to pay him, she crossed in front of me and took the receipt and tried to have me go to a register with her to pay. But I decided to pay cash because I clearly didn't trust giving this place my credit card. They are completely shady and now I know why the place was empty when I walked in. So because it was cash she had to give it to the man in front. He gave her the $3 change and I took it from her and left. She didn't deserve a tip and honestly didn't even deserve to be paid for the service I didn't get. But I did the right thing and paid. Save your hard-earned money and go somewhere else.

After 15+ years of being open for business doing nails they must be doing something right! Just went in today with my 4 kids. They were so kind to all of my kids and to me. 3 of us got services and our nails look fantastic!

My granddaughter was in there on Saturday. Was treated poorly. When she tried to explain what she wanted, the person doing her nails became angry. She was extremely rough and cut her fingers. When she trimed her nails, the nails were flying at th e customer's . Very unsanitary.

I got my nails done there today. I needed my acrylics off and i wanted an acrylic overlay. I had no appointment and got seated quick so I was happy about that. She clipped the tips off my acrylics I had and they went flying all over which I thought was gross for other clients there. She had me soak my nails then after a while came to remove them. The ripped them off with a nail tip which hurt and also ripped the top layer of my real nail. She then put tips on. Which I asked for an acrylic overlay and didn't want tips. If that couldn't be done she never mentioned it. I had also showed her a reference picture as well. So she had an idea of what I wanted. She started to build on the tips with acrylic and made them flared. I had asked her to not do it that way. When she was filing I asked again. She then got mad and started pulling at my hands or pushing them away when she was done with them. She cut me multiple times after that with her drill and nail file. Not one time did she have me wash my hands before or in between services like every other place I have been to. My nails are so uneven and came out awful. So flared and not at all what I wanted. I wouldn't be writing this review if it was just about the nails though. She was EXTREMELY rude after I had expressed only one of the issues I had to her. I paid $60 plus a $5 tip to be treated terrible and have my nails come out terrible as well.
