My nails look horrible, even though I was respectful to her she was getting fed up with me because she wasn't giving me what i wanted. Bad costumer service and bad quality. I don't recommend anyone coming here, the area is ghetto and inside is not up to par. Only go here if you want to be unsatisfied.
This mother - daughter team is amazing! Professional, friendly, accommodating, and the quality of work is well worth making them your ONLY nail spa! They also offer facials and waxing; I highly recommend making an appointment!!
If I could give zero stars I would. I would like to start with the shaping of the nails that were done completely wrong even though I asked her kindly to fix them and she proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and still did what she wanted. Throughout the whole experience she cut me a few times. Once she was done I put my nails underneath the UV light which burned my nails. When I mentioned it to them they all ignored me. Then I said it again and they still ignored me by the third time the lady said she would fix it. Still terrible though. Save your money don't be stupid.
Nail boutique is not a good place to do your nails try somewhere also the best place to do your nails is magic nails on 10th st west in Lancaster why i don't think this is good is because my nails turn yellow in 4 to 7 days after getting them done
Good service. But always so busy, no walk in's ever available. That's the sign of a good place I guess. She has loads of regulars that fill her book.
