Absolutely horrible! My hair is damaged, the wrong color, horribly cut, and the owner blamed me! I'm heartbroken!

Incredible. Left with exactly what I wanted. All of the stylist team is coordinated, and has top-notch experience. In my experience-Keith is one of the to-go and well-respected individuals that has over the span of years, made his list of clients safely grow. I would recommend the salon for its individual attention, and personalized yet noteworthy service. I also highlight that Keith has worked with incredible clients such as the one and only, Sissy Spacek. I hope to come back in and give those the same feeling as I have had with how genuine and satisfactory this hair salon is.

I'm always nervous going to a new place. I get full highlights and I have extensions, so I know my hair can be a pain. But Max listened to what I needed and wanted and did a great job. So happy I found you! You're awesome! Thanks Max!

Incredible experience! I've been contemplating the idea of doing something different with my hair for a while...its been straight, long, blonde (and boring) for years. After seeing work that Keith had done and hearing rave reviews about him from friends, I made an appointment. Immediately upon arriving, I was happy that I made that decision. The studio is modern and clean and Keith and Max greeted me warmly, offering me beverages and getting me settled comfortably. I didn't have a solid idea of what I wanted to do, I just knew I wanted it to be different and creative. Keith set out on turning my dull dark blonde hair into a full head of highlights (I swear they sparkled). Then he tinted over top of the highlights with a lavender that came out perfectly. Everyone has been going crazy over it since I got it done...even those who I would never expect to love lavender hair have been saying how much they love it! The best part is that I have these amazing highlights underneath when the lavender fades. From the moment I sat down in the chair, Keith entertained and pampered me. A real five-star experience. I can't wait to see what he can do with my hair next!

EXTREMELY unhappy with DBK Salon, at least for their hair cutting skills. Stylist seemed really nice at first and seemed to completely understand what I wanted but in the end did exactly everything that I had told her NOT to do. I came in and made it VERY clear that I wanted my hair length to not be touched. Repeated this many times in different ways saying how I wanted my hair to be long and I just wanted a trim for the dead ends and how I've had terrible experiences with hair cutters chopping off all my hair when all I wanted was a trim. Told me not to worry and so forth....what did she do? chopped off over 4 inches of my hair.....in addition, I made it clear that I did not want my hair to be cut straight across, again....she cut my hair straight across. I don't understand why it is so difficult to just listen to your customers. All I wanted was a TRIM and now I have to wait another 6 months for my hair to grow back to what it used to be. If you want a hair cutter who isn't going to listen to you, you might as well go to a hair cuttery, at least you'll save some money.
