If I could give this salon zero stars I would! I Definitely DO NOT recommend to anyone! Came for a consult ahead of time and agreed on a look and price. I took the picture of what I was trying to achieve which was a brown color. Not only did David not remove all the color that I had, my hair still looks the SAME - black. I expressed how unsatisfied I was that I didn't get the hair color. Julie was rude and threatened me if I didn't pay she was going to call the police. She said they were going to fix it, but once I got back in the chair they didn't do anything. I am extremely disappointed.
Today I had such a horrible experience at David Ezra Salon. I do not recommend to anyone. I came to the salon two weeks ago for a consult for my hair. I did this because I wanted to make sure the hairstylist (David) and I were align with what I wanted. We agreed on the price and outcome because I didn't want any surprises. I book the appointment 5 days before my wedding. I come in today get my hair colored and instead of correcting it he ruins by not achieving what I wanted. The manager (Julie) was very rude did not find a solution and threaten us to pay or she would call the police. All they cared about was the money. So I payed and walked out. Now as a bride to be on Saturday I have to find someone else to fix my hair.
Tony was amazing and really helpfu! He took his time to add volume to my hair and make it last for a wedding.
Had the best facial EVER at this salon. I tried it through Groupon. Atifa was my esthetician and she never pressured me to buy products. My number one pet peeve and anywhere else it's always happened. It was relaxing and my skin looks great. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
When I called to schedule, I was not sure if I wanted a blow out or a casual ponytail updo. They told me I would be able to decide after discussing with my stylist the day of my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I was told I was not scheduled for a blow out, and they would not have time to wash my hair and blow it out for the style/look I wanted (even if we went with the updo). My stylist was nice, however I felt rushed and my hair is plastered back, which is very different from the loose casual blow out look I was hoping for.
