The nail technician was definitely sick with no mask on. She rushed my experience but took her time with cleaning my nails. Overall, I wasn't happy.
I have very thin, brittle nails & a bad habit of picking at them, so I get a gel extension manicure once a month. It stops me from picking and helps the nail grow underneath. Here are some sets I've gotten over the past 6 months!
I'm pretty sure the nail technician stole my credit card info while she was swiping my card. Immediately following my appointment, I received multiple uber ears charges. They also rushed me out at the end which seemed odd by now makes sense. Not a terrible mani/pedi but buyer beware.
It's just okay. I've gel with tip nails keep braking and they don't know how to do a coffin shaped nail.
Dash really used to be an amazing nail salon/spa, but I feel like they are losing that, unfortunately. I understand that they are busy, and that is great. But the overbooking and constant phone calls make it such a hectic experience, you just feel stressed most of the time. I called in advance to make an appointment and I mentioned that I would want a design on each nail. When I got there, the nail technician said, "I can't do that!!" (A daisy design) but then proceeded to attempt and fail at making the design. Had to switch the design on the spot, and that came out pretty bad too, but at that point I just wanted to get out of there. My nails were rushed through, steps skipped, bulgy, just not at all what I wanted. I am even embarrassed to show people. I know they can do better because they used to. I hope this review helps them to see that I earnestly want them to go back to the care and time they used to take! Thank you.
