if I could give this place zero stars I would. The absolute worst place ever. You are rushed and the prices for what you get isn't worth it. The staff was rude AF, and the really don't care how you feel about it. Don't waste your time or money. My nails look horrible, and now I must go to another place to correct this disaster. Run, not walk and go elsewhere. Poor customer service and poor results.
Very clean, very accommodating. Love the quiet and relaxing music. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and service was great! I will make another trip to your location when I'm in town again.
If I could give zero I would. Everything is extra! I've been going for mani pedis for years and I can honestly say I never had such a terrible mani:pedi! Things that are always included were omitted!!!
It was a mediocre nail salon. I paid $35 for just a color gel which to me seems a little higher then it used to be. They had a good color selection. I went in having French they had difficulty taking it off. Then when I asked about possibly doing French again the girl pushed he color gel probably because she couldn't do gel. That was make or break it for me though. She did a good polish job. Nails a bit uneven but I did tell her not to cut the other ones. Overall if you are looking for quick simple but a bit of a higher price this was fine.
My experience was horrible. I had my nails done (gel manicure) by Kevin (owner's brother?). He was harsh, rude, and brash. Is this good customer service? No!
He filed and drilled my nail plates until there was only a thin covering! I should have just walked out then. I regret not having done that. When I asked him not to do so much drilling and filing, he just laughed. And then, when he didn't think I had my hand close enough to him, he pulled on it hard toward him. If I moved my head even the slightest he'd get upset. When he wanted me to put my hands under the light he'd tap my hand hard. Ugh. Horrific experience. And he'd laugh whenever I got upset with him and asked him to please be gentle.
Only 2 days afterward the nail polish chipped. And now only 10 days out almost all of the nails are flawed. I don't know about the other manicurists there, but I bid you great caution if you have this person!
