Well I just got home from one of the best nail experience's I've ever had. I booked a manicure with my mother to try Dame since I have never been. Maria was my nail tech and she was a 10/10! One of the nicest ladies I've ever spoken with and did an outstanding job on my nails. I've had bad nail experiences in the past and have been hesitant to try a new place but Maria made it wonderful. I have been a customer here for about 5 years. This morning 8/6/22 I had an appointment but my stylist did not show up for work so they had to turn me away. The receptionist did reschedule me but did not offer anything else to compensate for the inconvenience. I have reached out to them via the contact form in their website so I will see if they reach out to me. This is very disappointing. I have always had a good experience here but not today. If I don't hear anything by early next week I will not be coming back. They did reach out to me today 8/8 and did offer an complimentary treatment with my next service. Thank you Dame I do very much appreciate that. I have always had a good experience there and am happy to continue being a customer.
