Tried them several times now, on to the next one. I will not pay $50.00 for a Pedicure that lasts less than 20 minutes. The folks are rude and continually keep talking to one another in their native tongue and pay ZERO attention to you. They sure know how to promote and ask if you "want a more special pedicure". Nails are uneven and poorly painted. I paid with a gift certificate and had a 10.00 bill in my hand for a tip, then she could smile and say thank you in English....NEVER asked if I wanted change, just assumed that it was for her and literally RAN off. I will go to a spa where I RECEIVE the actual service I am paying for. The ONLY reason for 2 stars is that they use a plastic liner.
I needed to have powder dip removed because I had a nail fungus from another salon. Ivy tried to convince me that it was just a bruise because she wanted me to spend more than it cost for the removal. She said "It is just a bruise" until she saw it was a nail fungus. I called ahead of time and asked her if she took debit cards. She said, "Yes, but the tip should be cash." She tried to convince me to have other services done because she wasn't happy to just receive $15 for the nail polish removal. I need to let my nails heal. She then told me that she wouldn't take a debit card. I said, "I will pay $25 plus a tip for the service." She dismissed me. She was rude and insinuated that I was not welcome because I didn't pay what she wanted. DO NOT GO THERE!
In and out within 45 minutes for a dip manicure. It was great, easy, and quick. I'll be back again!
Tried them twice now, on to the next one. I will not pay $35 for a Pedicure that lasts less than 20 minutes- that's including the time I waiting in the tub. A one minute massage on each foot is unacceptable and they are sadly ripping people off.
Went there with a friend and the reluctantly took us in for a pedi, it was Wednesday before thanksgiving. They were not happy because it was too close to closing. We thanked them and had a good time regardless. We wanted a certain color and they didn't have the color so we chose another quickly. Didn't like the colors but we kept positive. We each gave them a $10 tip because we knew that they stayed late for us and we were very perceptive. I came back on Friday after Thanksgiving and they were not busy at all and I asked her if I could get a polish change. She told me it would cost me $30 and I said no I don't want shellac and she said 25. I told her I would pay 10 but she said no way. I left and will never go back!!
