Bloom Collaborative in De Pere, WI

Bloom offers a trendy environment and I really wanted to love my experience. However, I was displeased with my service. My haircut was uneven and there were many pieces that were missed in the cut. I felt very rushed at the end and therefore I was unable to truly examine my cut before I left. I ended up having to have my hair recut to fix the unevenness and the long hairs that were missed. Like I said above, I really wanted to love my experience at Bloom but unfortunately I left feeling disappointed.

This is the cutest salon ever. I've been a client here as long as I have lived in Wisconsin. Katie and Auburn both do amazing work with color! All the ladies here are so sweet and each have their own talents that make them great stylists. Such a welcoming salon. They have drinks and snacks on deck. They also sell the products they use for services as well as styling tools and cute hair accessories. It's just such a great experience each time. I highly recommend. I also get my brow & lip waxed here and have never been disappointed with the waxing either.

I booked Bloom Collaborative for my wedding and they went above and beyond what my bridesmaids and myself wanted! Auburn and Katie listened to what everyone wanted and made all of us look beautiful and feel beautiful. I would recommend Bloom over any hair stylist I have had in the past! The whole booking process was a breeze and working with Anna Marie was just what a bride needs. The communication is just what a bride to be needs to feel comfortable in their choice in picking such a huge part of their day!

Anna was my hair stylist for my wedding a few weeks ago and I really cannot say enough good things! From when we first met to the day of, she was so easy and attentive to work with. She is such a genuine and easy going person, we hit it off from the start! The week of my hair trial she emailed me a detailed list of what to be prepared for and helpful do's and don'ts. The week of the wedding she followed up with me for what to expect day of and any last minute details to be aware of. For me, that was amazing to have an outline of her plan so that it was one less thing I needed to worry about. Her and her co-stylist, Danielle, came to my house where we all got ready for the wedding and were completely prepared with all of the necessary tools and equipment. They were professional, friendly and fun to be around amidst the crazy fun of the morning! I had a larger wedding party (7 girls plus myself) and they were able to style all of our hair beautifully and efficiently and have time to add in my mom, mother-in-law and flower girl all without concern or complaint. Most of us had an up-do and everyone's hair stayed in place all day and all night! The girls loved their styles as did I. Anna set aside extra time to style my hair so that she was sure to make it perfect, including setting my flower crown on seamlessly within the updo and sticking around to add my veil in after I put my dress on which was so helpful. The week after our wedding I received a lovely handwritten thank you note which I thought was just so nice. Thank you Anna for making my day so much extra perfect with a beautiful updo and wonderful experience!!

I had such a great experience with Anna Maria that I had to post about it. I'm new to the area, and my former stylist in Virginia selected Anna Maria for me based on my hair needs. (Basically, I'm a fussy, particular blonde.) Anna Maria has a substantial social media presence, which made it so much easier for me because I could flip through her portfolio on Instagram. Unsurprisingly, she is a fabulous stylist. She knows what she is doing, and she listens very carefully to her client to make sure the client is happy. And then, she follows through. I was delighted with her work on my hair as well as her prices. I also liked how thoughtfully she considers the impact of lightening products on the integrity of the hair. She now requires Olaplex for blondes and is STILL reasonably priced. I liked her explanation--that lightening techniques on blondes can impact to integrity of the hair, so she uses the Olaplex conditioning system on all blondes now. Anna Maria is also extremely personable like the best stylists are. She is a great conversationalist. Another bonus is the brief neck massage after the wash--that I've never had, but it was such a great touch! I couldn't be happier with my hair and will highly recommend Anna Maria to all of my new colleagues and friends in town. She's a highlight of the De Pere community, especially to this newcomer wanting to feel welcome.
