I called a few hours ahead of time to schedule an appointment, i told them exactly what i wanted (for my son) they confirmed. I get there (10 min before my appointment) and the both stylists are busy they both said they couldn't one of the lady's mentioned to the the other stylist that i had an appointment, she rolled her eyes and proceeded. When she finished with her client she called up the guy that was a walk in i said i had an appointment she immediately gave me an attitude and said she couldn't do the haircut i wanted for my son i told her that when i called i specifically asked if they could do it. So she then sat my son down as i was showing her the picture and she was ignoring me.. WORST SERVICE i would give 0 stars
