I have an auto immune disease and not had my hair professionally done since February. I finally succumbed to using a box hair color at home and the results were far from good . Roza (owner) takes the extra step when it comes to sanitizing, checking temperatures and not taking more than 2 clients at a time who are kept at opposite ends of this spacious salon. She has the place professionally cleaned and sanitized every Wednesday)she is closed on Wednesdays. You have your temperature taken are given gloves and a mask if you don't already have one on (and you should). She uses top of the line products and her techniques and mastery of color is amazing. Put all that together with a pleasing personality you don't mind spending a little more . I have found my forever salon

Roza did an amazing job! She did my hair color perfectly EXACTLY to what I wanted and cut also I love her assistant Valerie as well, such a beautiful soul and great personality! So happy to have found my new salon

Wow! The best kind of hair appointment a girl could ask for. Why don't they have more reviews?? I called in last minute on a Friday and even though they were about to close in an hour, they took me in with open arms. No problem! I was greeted warmly by the owner, Roza, and you guys, she did WORK on my hair. Revived it if anything! I came in for one last balayage, one last attempt to get it right - I was on the verge of going back to black. Completely over it at this point. Not only did Roza save my hair but she provided wine and water, as well as **genuine conversation. She was so passionate about the work she does and I loved talking to her about it. Anyway, she completely made my day. I will definitely be coming here again. The hair horror stories stop here. Final overview: Clean shop, clean bathrooms, nicely decorated, reasonably priced (currently have free olaplex treatment - look it up, you'll thank me later), good drinks, immaculate service, fabulous hair. So disappointed! Made an appointment a few days ago to color my hair today at 1:30 pm. The salon called me at noon today and asked if I would come in at 2:00 pm because "Parvin" was running late. I gladly said yes and showed up promptly at 2 pm. The receptionist was very friendly offering me water and showing me the coffee etc. I sat and waited 20 minutes, then asked if the wait would be much longer only to be told it would be another 15-20 minutes! Seriously? My original appointment was at 1:30 and she wasn't going to see me until 2:40? Well that's where my niceness and understanding ended and I left. **The manager watched and didn't say anything!

My first experience was wonderful. I'd tried to do my hair at home, which obviously was not a good move. Unlike other stylists I've met throughout the years, Roza did not chastise me for this at all. I never felt like I was being talked down to. She simply got to work figuring out how to solve the issue at hand. I could not be happier with how my hair turned out, and all the information she gave me on how to continue to take care of my hair. I was very nervous that my hair would be extremely damaged due to it being fine, having tried to dye/tone at home, and going lighter. But Roza worked wonders and we only had to trim a tiny bit at the ends! I'm so thankful for her and the care she put into my hair! I'll be going back here forever. If you go, tell them I sent you.
