I went in to get a trim and they wanted to charge me $50 because they blow dried my hair. The salon was dirty and cluttered. They currently are in a temporary building so it was difficult to find because the sign had a different salons name. Also the owner Jack seems to have bad customer service skills. I get that it's difficult to run a business, and my hair turned out okay, but there are better salons in the area.
Stylists seem OK. However, I don't want to talk politics with someone who gets his news from Fox. Owner needs to keep it to himself. He seemed to go out of his way to come make comments while I was getting a haircut.
i lived in Longmont for many bad hair YEARS before finding this salon. Michelle is a meticulous colorist and Jack is my haircut guru. scheduling is easy, the hair washes are like a mini spa retreat, and people always stop me to ask who does my hair! Jack cuts my husband's hair, as well. we are loyal + happy clients!
Heather is REALLY good with color. After the summer my poor sun/pool damaged hair desperately needed help. She picked great highlight colors for fall (which blend really well and will allow me to stretch out my next appointment until the Holidays). I'm also really happy with the cut (looks great but low maintenance). I really like the fact the Heather isn't pushy about selling hair care products. The advice she gives is very practical and cost sensitive. Thank you and I'll definitely be back!
