Walked in here just for a quick trim was not my intension to come to this place but let me tell you! Best hair salon I've come along!! The young lady at the front desk very friendly awesome customer service made me feel very content with the place, highly recommend!!

I went in on 05/30 to get a quote on a hair color I wanted. I was told by one of the stylist it would $160 plus $25 for oil treatment. - she did tell me the color will be closer to what I wanted but won't be the sane color because it will damage my hair. I agreed to come in on Saturday at 11 am. I was late by 15 mins and I was told the stylist I originally booked appointment with is no longer available someone else can take me an hour ( mind you five hours I was there she wasn't busy and took walk-ins and even left in out if salon for food and stuff ). The guy who helped me told me cost for my hair is now $280 instead of the quoted price and he stated that he will color my hair exactly as the picture. I told him other stylist quoted me $160- (he spoke in spinach so he has a translator - said they probably didn't look at my hair) I stated to him no- she did And I came in person to get a quote. And mind you I was going on my honey moon in six days and work 16 hours a day and Saturday was the only day I was free. I agreed to $280 - coz I was excited to charge my hair from 1 pm to 5 pm- not sure what he did but when he started to blow dry my hair after my hair was no where close to what he promised. I stopped him and said what is this? The translator stated my hair was breaking so he had to stop I'm like excuse me! Did you just not promise my hair will be same color as the picture plus my hair will not break for &280? He started to say let me it's Finish styling. I'm like my base is still black and you can see my white hair all over- my hair is orange, blonde, brown, black . I started to cry hard!!! - I NEVER HAD THIS DONE TO ME. they had to contact through the phone and went a teenager to talk to me see what happened. Than the owner spoke to me over the phone asking for picture because she didn't believe the outcome. I SENT THE OWNER PICTURES!! She never said sorry, called me or texted me. I was just told I can GO WITHOUT PAYING!!! Are you kidding me? See pictures below for proof THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I have never been treated so badly and they tried hustle $280 from me. They quote you one price and when you set appointment they pretend they're busy and pass you on to someone who "doesn't speak a word of English" and jack yo the price agree to something else in person. THEY ARE CROOKS AND DONT GIVE A SH"t About you. I will never in my life step a foot into that place and will recommend all my clients to stay far away from them !! This place the worst
