Since I moved to the area, I've been getting gel manicures. I have tried a variety of salons, none of which lasted much longer than two or three visits. Top Over Base has given me a long lasting gel manicure, meticulously did my nails and the price is right. They are my new salon (I've gone 3 times so far) and I will continue to go here. Service, price and location are great. So impressed!!

Clean nice place music was also pretty good. Picked out a blue colored nail polish I felt like the person giving me a manicure didn't want to use very much of the polish as she only dipped into the bottle twice for 5 fingernails with very very thin coats she polished them with 2 coats you still can see my nail under it , manicure job was bubbly, wanted my square shape but she rounded my nails instead overall not to happy with it feel bad about leaving a bad review but I paid 35 dollars for a bad gel manicure job. Sorry
Hi! I came back for a pedicure because I love the ambience, was in MV. I initially came In to get gel color change for my hands and was happy with service. The woman who did my pedicure took her time and made sure she got the cuticle and dead skin off my feet. Downside is that there's no"menu" so you don't really know what you're getting. She used some type of foot scrub, an exfoliating scrub and lotion for a 5 min or less massage. She didn't use timer and there's no menu description. I think that downside was an interesting change to other places where they're trying to get you to upgrade. Only one pedicure service available here 28$. I'm not understanding why they only have 3 stars, I haven't had any issues.
