I was so happy with recent services at Cynthia's! Brenda did my hair and makeup for a New Year's Eve gala. She did an amazing job to give me just the right look. The salon is open and comfortable with amenities like water or coffee being offered. A great place to be pampered.
3rd time going to Cynthia, the first two times were great! This time, HORRIBLE!!!! Cynthia ruined my hair... I have light blonde hair, and I just needed the roots touched up (like she did 2 times prior) and she died my ENTIRE head of hair dark brown, DARK BROWN The chair that I was sitting in, was not in front of a mirror. After she died and washed my hair, I looked in the mirror and my hair was dark brown, I literally was about to cry.... I've literally never had brown hair in my entire life.... And that's exactly what I told her. I don't know what she was thinking, or if she had mistaken me for another client. But, I was/am just sooo incredibly upset... After she saw my reaction, she then decided to rub bleach over it for 10 minutes- my hair is now in Really, REALLY BAD shape, extremely brittle and mushing off Just BEWARE!!!!!!!!

After 15 years with a stylist I loved but a 45 minute drive, decided it was time to find a salon that was closer to home. Tried another salon in Belmont Chase but wasn't the right vibe for me...different person cuts and colors. Also hair became very brittle. Second times a charm. Went to Cynthia's Salon and had Alex color and cut. He's fabulous! An expert! Have set up a regular appointment. Great atmosphere too!
