Cuts R Us LLC in Marysville, WA

I had a bad experience with the salon. I had called ahead of time to see if they could give my daughter a short haircut. The lady at the salon who I think is the owner said that she could do it. I confirmed, you can do a kid's short haircut? She said yes and to come at 3 PM. I show up, she tells me to wait. 10min later while she was still coloring someone's hair she asked me what hairstyle I wanted. I told her I had called earlier, and all I wanted was a short haircut for my daughter who was eating her hair. I showed her some styles or ideas for short hair, basically a short bob. She then responded she saying she couldn't do that, after five minutes of back-and-forth on different hair ideas. I even told her that she could cut her hair however, she felt comfortable. As long as it's short because my daughter was eating her hair. Again, she says she can't do that. Then I finally asked her, what was it that she couldn't do, she kept making excuses that she just couldn't cut her hair short. I asked her if she didn't feel comfortable doing it or if she just did NOT want to do it. Her response shocked me, She said she just did not want to do it. it was such a waste of time, I was so upset. I can't speak for everybody who cuts hair there, just that lady I had an experience with. I wouldn't recommend it, I honestly think she overbooked herself and then didn't want to help us anymore. I can't find any other reason why she wouldn't. Anyway, that was my personal experience and why I wouldn't recommend it.

By far the best location I've found since moving to the state. Very kind sweet ladies working there. They treat you with respect and as if you were family. Defiantly recommend.

Quality fade with friendly service. It was my first time here and it felt like I knew these ladies for years. Skills to match the Los Angeles barbershops that I'm use to. They know how to cut thicker hair. Plus, my hair is troublesome - it lays flat on one side and back on the other, but my fade still ended up being super clean. 5-stars all around. I've tried a couple barbershops in the area and I'm so glad I found this place. Will be my new go-to shop to get faded!

Came here for the first time and was impressed! I am new to the area so I was looking for a new barber. I am no longer looking for a new barber because I found em! Excellent job for never having cut my hair before, it was exactly what I wanted! Maybe even better than my last regular barber I went to all the time! Highly recommend this place! They do an excellent job!

My family and I have been coming here for years now and always have had a great experience here, when my child was a baby they went out of their way to occupy him with bubbles while cutting his hair because he would not sit still and afterwards they would give him a pack of gum...he always liked that. We don't go anywhere else and when we show up they welcome us by name, very good customer service.
