The very worst. Every time. Loud rude people working here who seem to have no motivation to be nice or to give good service or to even pretend to be professionals. Sad. Bad. The worst.
I'm absolutely pissed. walked in for a simple trim, hair had gotten a bit shaggy around the back and sides but had the top about how I liked it. So thats exactly what I said just wanted to shape it up a bit and blend the sides back in. I sit down and first thing she does is lip half my hair off and say "oh it'll help it grow back more full and textured". I don't want it more full and texturized based on what you think, I want what I payed for. a simple trim.
Unfortunately went in for a simple fade but left with choppy hair and a bad mood. Personally don't recommend this area if you need a nice touch up go to a area where they cut their hair line you want yours
So, I have a regular hair dresser that stopped working after hours and on weekends so I had to find a new person that could take me after 5:00 on a weekday. Read reviews and picked Cuts by Us on Bayou. Got in at 5:15 (they close at 7) They took me in for a full cut (style) and color. I got Kimberly F. I was so pleased with everything about my experience!!! Kimberly is sweet and energetic and really amazing at what she does. She had me colored and cut and styled before 7 pm. I looked like a totally different person! I will certainly be going back to Kimberly and would highly recommend her to anyone!!!! Thanks Kim! You really made my week!
It's always going to end badly when customers come in and make strange faces observing your haircut. One woman even mouthed the words "stop" to me. Dustin handed me the mirror to see the back when he was done with a basic trim and the result was disaster. He even told me to come back after I flat ironed it to have him redo it "so long as [he] didn't have someone in his chair." I sent corporate an email about my experience asking for confirmation of his license and a refund so I can fix the damage. Avoid this place! It's obvious the second you walk in the place.
