This Salon is completely unprofessional, un-licensed amateurs pretending to be experts. Cortney ( owner)she took 3 bathroom breaks in 30min. I wonder which drug she was abusing in there. Long & slow service & over priced It gets a two thumbs down.
If you have 4 hours to kill for a routine dye job and $300 to burn then this is the salon for you. I was charged a premium price for Courtney to do my hair but her assistants always did 90% of the job, badly. I was drenched with the sprayer on two different occasions. I had my broken leg banged into the side of the bookcase. Once I still had a gray streak down the middle of my head after 2 hours of processing (which became 4 hours after being processed again.). I watched a girl with an appointment wait 1-1/2 hours before her stylist started on her and someone else wait 45 minutes. I regret that I spent 6 months and over a thousand dollars on appointments here, but I kept hoping it would get better. I now spend about a quarter of the cost at another salon for better results. Plus I stay dry and bruise-free!
