Cutie Nails & Tan in Lakewood, CO

I've been to a lot of places in Lakewood and haven't really found something that I like consistently. Kim atQED nails and Tan is completely worth seeing on a consistent basis. She is a true nail tech with very high skill level and a long time working relationship in the field. She is an expert expert at Nails. I am extremely impressed with her skill level. If you're looking for a very skilled nail tech, I highly recommend her she has a lot of different techniques that she can use. Whatever you want done I'm sure she can do it. Don't be put off by the locations lack of ambience. The technician is beyond what anyone else and Lakewood can do.

Did not like my experience here. They reuse the foam pedicure dividers which I found very unhygienic and it made me question the cleanliness of the place. They also charged for removing shellac (first salon I've seen that charges for removal).

do not get your eyebrows done here !
i also tried to leave a google review but they have it blocked!
they left my eyebrows way too thin and uneven even tho all i wanted was a clean up.

I love this place! The women are so sweet and nice. I typically don't have to wait which is ideal for my busy schedule.

I called this place in advance to get pricing and was inviting to come in right away. When I got there I was greeted and told them I had just called so they knew what I wanted. I chose my colors and went straight to the pedicure chair. The tech I had did a decent job on my pedicure. When I got to the table for my manicure I noticed how dirty the floor was. It needed to be swept and mopped pretty bad. They seem to use the same files and tools on people instead of throwing away a file every time they use it or wash the tools. The ladies there were really nice but they definitely need to look into better sanitary practices. When it came down to my manicure it seems like the tech didn't really know what she was doing and although I didn't complain about it, I think it could have been done a lot better. One of the other techs came over to tell her how to do it. I'm all for letting someone learn how to do something on me, but my manicure could have been cleaned up better. I also hate how every salon I go to the techs seem so scared to cover the entire nail. I had to tell her to make sure she gets both sides of my nails on almost every nail, or there would have been paint on only 3/4th of my nails. I think they just try to be careful not to get it on your skin, but I'd rather my nail be completely painted and have to clean the sides of my fingers later than to have them 3/4ths done. Over all it was ok and I would probably go back
