I made my appointment early and told 2pm! Arrived waited 30" got up and went to car. One of persons runs out to tell me they're now ready! No they weren't! Waited another 15"! Couldn't leave as they had my feet in tub for pedi! They continued to serve walk ins!. Really not happy at this point!! One hour and 15" still haven't received my gel manicure! Never again! The woman who I believe was owner, was rather curt, in a hurry and didn't even put lotion on my arms! All for $68!!!?? Crystals Nails is unprofessional at best!
Ouch! We've been going here for several years. But this last time was painful. The women working there seemto be fine, however the men can be rougher and painful. I'm looking for a different shop now.
I used to love this place. I visit monthly for a pedicure. Over the past year I have noticed a huge turn over of staff. In fact I barely see the same person twice now. My last pedicure was TERRIBLE and I say last because Im here looking for a new place to go.
My daughter had her eyebrows done today. She does not use any form of retinol. This is what she was left with. The day before school. They issued a refund but I strongly encourage you not to be careful. This is an unfortunate situation.

They had a few people working and a few walk ins while we were there. I am not someone that gets a manicure regularly nor even paints their nails but I am experienced with nail salons. This manicure was extremely basic; I could have done the same at home. Not even lotion. Seriously poorly executed. They were too busy and didn't seem to care. Their sanitary practices are not what I would think is up to standard. Not going to return and I would suggest you pick another spot. Nice enough people but it's a waste of time and money and that's what yelp reviews are here to do. Heads up.
