Wish I could give zero stars. My stylist told me what hair to get for my sew in extentions, i went and bought them and she died them for me then sewed them in. They were fried at the ends (it was the exact brand she told me to get) and it started falling out i pieces out of my hair and barley lasted a week. I called to tell them and they started yelling at me on the phone and pretty much said it was my fault and I shouldve bought the correct hair and it wouldnt have done that. Once again that was the hair she told me to purchase, unbelievable. And the part she sewed was falling out 2 days later, which had nothing to do with the hair, just a shitty stylist. Would not recommend!

Needed a quick haircut while visiting Redding, so I took a chance and called Shear Heaven. I was able to get an appointment with Joanne that afternoon. She was extremely friendly and spent quite a bit of time cutting my hair to get it just right. She even braided it for me since it was a very hot day. The price was less than what I'm used to paying in other areas of California. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.
Sheer Heaven Salon & Spa is very friendly, welcoming salon with a great selection of Jane Iredale cosmetics. (wonderful for my "grumpy" skin) Jen Siquerious, a pure professional when it comes to skincare, lashes and product recommendations. My questions are greeted with compassion and understanding. I have lash extensions every 3 weeks for a fill I now have what I was not born with and I feel great! The time during the fill is relaxing and comfortable Jen's personality and customer service are great!
