Crystal Nails Edina Minneapolis in Minneapolis, MN

I thought i had already left a review for here but i hadn't. If i had a few months ago i would have given it probably 5 stars but after today i just can't do it. I always make an appointment so i don't have to wait around and the max I've ever waited is 5 min. Today i made an appt for 445 and was not seen until 530. Frustrating that when i walked in you could tell it was busy but no one said hey it's gonna be awhile etc. They even put me in a chair and so i assumed i was about to be helped.. nope. Then the worst part is i wait and wait and then she rushes and it wasn't even a relaxing experience at all as a matter of fact this pedicure actually stressed me out. This makes me almost want to find a new nail salon when i was loyally going to this place for years. Just disappointing when you like a place and it goes downhill so fast and an experience can really ruin it.

I went in to get a simple clean up. No polish. They didn't offer a discount for no polish (sure, fine, but a rip off) . They did not clear under the nails for manicure or pedicure (not even one sweep). I was left with a BUNCH of dead skin, dirty nails, uneven nails, overgrown cuticles...,, over all sloppy job. Took them about 15 min and I paid $62 (tipped $10 because I always do, and 20 for hands, 32 for feet). My toenails were completely left uneven and she spent more time massaging my legs than trying to make them look presentable. Not going to be able to wear heels at my wedding and waisted $60 bucks. Don't come here.

Had a HORRIBLE experience at this nail salon. The male manager of the salon started angrily screaming and arguing with me (borderline hostile) when one of his nail technicians gave me the wrong amount of cash back when I asked for change. I was trying to pay with tip and correct the mistake when he became irate about the confusion and started arguing. The treatment was appalling, and I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism. Not to mention the nail tech cut deep into my daughter's cuticle when doing a manicure. Save your money and go elsewhere. There are at least a dozen good nail salons in Edina who offer good service and have a friendly staff. We will never ever go back, and will make sure to tell all of my friends to stay away!!!

My daughter just had the best experience here. She is 14 with special needs including a movement disorder. She has obsessed about acrylic nails forever. Andy was wonderful with her and so patient. She loved watching and he explained everything he was doing. Amazing! They had good COVID protocols in place. It's spacious and very clean. Will be back!

Great place, I've come here for years! Their royal pedicure is to die for and so relaxing. They are so diligent and make sure your are comfortable at all times!
