Sun City Nails & Spa in Las Vegas, NV

I do not recommend this salon. I had an appointment with Kim last week after being referred here because my usual nail technician was out of town, and after only 6 days this is what my nails look like. Usually my gel manicures last me anywhere from 2-3 weeks. I called this morning to make an appointment to come in to have this fixed as I am going out of town this weekend and was told 4:30pm was ok. When I arrived I was greeted by Kim, and when I explained the situation to her, she shooed me away. She said she was refusing to take me, and for no reason whatsoever. She was completely rude. I have never had such a poor customer service experience before. Photos of my 6 day old nails for reference.

RUDE! Absolutely rude. They are always closed, they never pick up phone. Went personally only to be greeted by an angry lady. I was coming here for a while and the owner left and it went downhill. How can you justify paying money to be treated poorly. It's shameful that the owner took such good care to be left to employees that just don't care. Now looking for another nail place.

First time here  I was very excited to become a new customer at suncity nails since my son goes to jiujitsu next door.  Anyways
Well I ask for a pedicure  and dip power full set. Since it was 5pm and there was literally no other Customers.  The lady right away said no that she didn't have time .   I was like oh okay can I make an appt for tomorrow.  But she just kept saying noo noo súper rude  i was asking for another day with an appt but all she kept  screaming no . I was honestly confused. I don't know if she didn't understand.  Or she just didn't want to work ‍

I've never been more disappointed with a service in my life, at first my nails weren't even fully painted which isn't a big deal so I went back into the salon and had the nail tech that did the set Tracy to fix the unpainted spots on my nails. After leaving and her attempting to fix it, I am left with a very messy job. Gobs of gel, polish stuck underneath my nails. They are extremely uneven and lumpy, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the amount I had to pay for such a poor quality set. Please don't waste your time here.

My husband and I had pedicure appointments for 5PM.  Arrived about 10 minutes early.  Only two employees working and one employee was with another customer.  Got seated in chairs.  One employee started my husband's pedi.  Mine finally started at 5:20.  Another customer walked in at 5:30 and said she had an appointment.  My pedi ended at 5:45.  Like others have commented, it didn't seem like a very clean establishment.  Will be looking for another salon.
