The worse pedicure I ever had

Nice tech but job was awful
The way I just has the worst pedicure of my life, no exaggeration. First I got the only slanted/broken massage chair out of the bunch that were all functional. Then she proceeds to take only the cuticles from my big toes, no other one. Literally makes me bleed in the very beginning of the service, first thing she did. Cheese grater was used, no massage and an ok paint job. DO NOT RECOMMEND! STAY AWAYY. All I wanted was a relaxing pedicure and this was FAR from it.
If I could give 0 stars I would. A gentleman started with my pedicure and was taking his time with me, a lady kept talking to him and it looked like she was telling him to hurry up (it was like 5:30 and they close at 7) then the lady started my full set and was doing it so quick I had to double check if they did close at 7pm (the salon was completely empty) I saw the end result and wasn't happy at all so I told them that's not what I wanted and they proceeded to tell me it didn't look like the picture because my nails were a shorter length. They did not apologize or anything and proceeded to charge full price which was $50 for nails and $50 for pedicure. They try to up sell any chance they get and they even lie and say "gel" is better so they can charge you more. I will never go back to this place again! If you want your nails to look beginner quality for full price this is your place! They also talk about customers in their language and it's obvious and so rude! With all these bad reviews I don't know how they are still in business.
to be honest all the times I went I had bad nails like the acrylic was under my nail and the nail was bumpy or the nail polish wasn't on the sides and the nails were SO thick. the people were sleeping in the pedicure chairs and their were other costumers waiting when their were 2 people that could've done their nails but instead they were sleeping/watching YouTube. they also most the time did not give me what I wanted either they did another color or they just completely did it differently. I am not going to lie they are really nice, at least all the times I've been.
Where do I start? Absolute rude. There were two customers and the other staff were sleeping in the pedicure chairs, when I showed the tech what o wanted she made me feel stupid for asking for it and it was a hassle..... the shape is way off, she refused to fix it and didn't use the color I wanted, went to try out nails for my upcoming wedding party and needless to say I will never go back......
