Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids in Cary, NC

First off, such a cool place for kids to get their haircuts! I love the car chairs! Ms Tiffany was amazing! I took my 2yr old twins for their first haircut and she was phenomenal with them! She was so so so patient and kind! I will definitely be going back!

Second time coming to Cookie Cutters and we enjoy this place for our 2 year old son! It was easy to get to with the GPS, right in between a butchers market and a bike shop, lots of parking but they feel tight. The shop looks clean and smells nice. They're usually busy every time we've been and had to wait a little past our appointment time. The shop is so colorful, TV's to keep the children busy, fun car seats and such, a balloon for when you finish too! Tiffany has done our son's cut both times and we really enjoy her and feel like she truly understands his hair needs as a biracial child. We will keep coming back!

Save your money and just cut your kids hair yourself because you could do as good of a job. The stylists all seemed low energy like they hadn't had their morning coffee. The only friendly person in the shop was the woman in front with the short red hair. I didn't catch the name of the stylist we got but she really phoned it in; low energy, immediately turned on the TV and wasn't engaging at all. I had more energy than her and I consider myself a low energy person.

The whole haircut only took less than 5 minutes if you don't count the spraying water on my daughter's hair. It was 10 minutes tops from start to finish.

The place is super cute and they get a balloon and lollipop at the end which the kids love but for the price ($21.95 $25 after tip but I don't know what I was tipping for honestly) and quality of haircut you get, it's not worth it. Definitely not ever coming back at least not to this location.

I took my 2.5 yr daughter for a trim. She was very excited to get a hair cut and get a balloon and clip (as it is offered here after every hair cut).

It was a rainy day so we were running late. I called up in advance to notify them of the delay. Over the phone, they asked to come in and they will try to accommodate.

We reached just 5 minute late and they refused to take us in. They had few stylist who were available and could have easily accommodated us, but they didn't.

They could see my daughter was so disappointed and sad as she couldn't get a hair cut, and they just ignored her. The least they could have done is to try and make her happy by saying something nice.

But they didn't even had the courtesy to respond to my daughter's feeling.

I was so upset with their behavior. Would never return to this place and recommend others to make their own judgement.

P.S - Even flights wait for you if you are late , this is just a hair saloon.

They do so great here they work great with the kids. Like my kid is sensitive to sound in the vibration of the Clippers so he gives them a hard time sometimes lol but Dee the one who you see she does amazing job. I love coming here.
