I have been going to Nydia for almost 20 years.   I have never been able to find anyone that can cut my hair like she does.  I get compliments about my hair all the time from strangers, friends and family.  My hair is straight and hard to style, she makes my life much easier.  I can style my hair in 10 minutes or less.

After moving here 6 years ago I am so happy to have found Nydia to finally get a cut and color that is awesome!!  She responded to my text for an appointment immediately and was on time and mostly just a wonderful person and the BEST stylist.  I love that she just knew what to do with my frizzy fine wavy hair.

Where do I begin...
Nydia has been my exclusive stylist for close to three years. In this time, my hair has never looked better, the color never more vibrant, and my happiness when I leave her chair,  never better!
The highlights/lowlights I get last for over two months. Can you believe that?!  Before Nydia, I needed a refresh after six weeks at the most. She has learned my hair, my likes, and knows just when I'm due for a change. I feel like a million bucks when I'm  done but even better than that, I can style my hair on my own after Nydia's fabulous cut. This is the real joy! :)

Nydia is great. Consistently great, not just the first time she does your hair. Not only does she create fabulous, natural-looking color, her haircuts also seem to look good longer than others I've had.

She has a great sense of what will look best on each person. About 6 months ago, I told her to do whatever she wanted and have been really happy with the results. I came to her with shoulder-length, brassy, straw-like hair, and now have a wash-and-go short haircut and rich brown shiny hair that strangers have complimented me on.  

I really like being able to send a text directly to (919) 995-3167 and Nydia responds back right away with a time slot that fits my schedule. I do not have to book three months in advance, deal with front-desk trainees, or prepare to spend all day in the salon paying for items I don't need like hand massages, fancy lighting, upscale coffee, etc. With Nydia, it's all about the hair, as it should be.

I had my first appointment with Nydia today.  On time, clean chair, professional, and she certainly lived up to the many positive reviews I previously read online.  In fact, the haircut and experience exceeded my expectations.  My hair is short, thick and has a mind of its own.  Nydia took care to listen to my concerns and desires and then cut my hair with artistic skill, taking her time to verify the cut and how my hair responded to it.  I love the style!  It is modern, easy and looks great!
