Will never return here... my mom went here quite a few times before the Pandemic, but it has gone downhill so much. It was just the husband and wife- she was so rude. He started on my daughter's feet while the wife was with another customer... he was nice and did an okay job, but it was awkward since my daughter is a teenager. When the wife went to do my daughters nails she kept hurting her. Then each thing we asked for was an up charge it got to the point of being ridiculous. Between the rudeness, the pain and the price we won't be back. Save your money and go someplace else.
Was very pleased with the the COVID protocol.Temperature check, masks required, Hand wash required as soon as you enter. Plexiglass barriers and social distancing. Had a fabulous pedi, so relaxing. Great experience.
I stopped in for a pedicure during phase 2 of C-19 restrictions. Immediately arriving to the shop, you have to sign a waiver that you are not endangering the health of anyone else around. Once you sign the waiver, you are allowed to enter the salon as they take your temperature and ask that you wash your hands immediately. They had the pedicure chairs apart from one another and had a barrier between you and they nail technician. I felt safe and the shop was extremely clean. Everyone working within the salon took the safety of themselves and other very seriously. Also, my pedicure is bomb! I definitely return.
I have been going to Simply Nails for over eight years and Amy has been doing my nails for over six years. She is very good at what she does. I have recently been bringing pictures of nail designs I have found on the internet and she did a fabulous job of replicating the image.
Heads up! Went in for a pedicure this morning. Got the basic (least expensive) pedicure. After I left I touched my heel and noticed that my skin was still dry and rough. Called them to ask when I could come back for them to fix it and they said that with the basic pedicure you do not get smooth heels...you have to pay more for a better pedicure. Since when do you have to pay extra to get your heels smooth? My heels aren't any crazy kind of dry or cracked or anything. After the woman that answered the phone explained to me that my feet would not be smooth after the basic pedicure she said I could come in and they would put oil on my heels but nothing else. I told her that I would not be coming back and she hung up on me. Not the kind of customer service you should be giving when nail salons are everywhere.
