HEAVEN FOOT SPA NAILS LOUNGE in Cary, NC

Do not go here. An absolute waste of your time and money. Don't even consider booking an appointment. We had one for 3 at 11:15 am. We were all seen at different times, the earliest was 12:05. The last was at 12:30. Only waited that long because we all rode together, if not for that would have definitely left. We even asked numerous times and people about when we would be seen. The manicure was also subpar and not anywhere close to worth the wait or a regular manicure. Do not go here

I was initially impressed when the salon reached out to me the night before our apt regarding a possible scheduling issue (which was then clarified) that occurred through the online scheduling portal. Although once arriving for our *scheduled* appointment we were sat in pedicure chairs for over an hour before our manicures were started. We were never communicated to about/during this wait. I politely asked 2-3 times about when a start time was as we needed to leave by a particular time. Eventually I had to stress that we could not have our service completed if not started soon. They they scrambled to get it started, and did not apologize until they were reminded that our appointment was originally for over an hour before the actual start time. I am understanding that things happen - people call out, appointments start late, etc. But the lack of communication and acknowledgment was the main issue here.  Additionally, I do not feel as if I got a quality manicure as the entire manicure itself was rushed and not very detail oriented. I did not receive any of the lotion/massage or cuticle oil supposed to be included in today's appointment.

Worst nail experience of my life. THEY HAVE GERMAN COCKROACHES, I saw one crawling around and tried to point it out discreetly but she ignored me. The little brown German cockroaches aren't like the big Palmetto bugs, if you see one it means there's an infestation.

Also the lady doing my manicure and pedicure made me bleed two separate times on my toes and my nails and didn't apologize. She also filed my nails unevenly and I had to request her to fix them multiple times.

Called five times and they don't pick up their phone :( I was so excited to make an appointment!

It's not a terrible ambiance but they made me feel uncomfortable & mostly irritated (not everyone in the staff)

My friend planned a birthday mani & pedi. I can't complain about the pedi it was great but the manicure was terrible.
I showed a picture it was very simple almond shape nails (I asked for them to be short and more oval) acrylic applications was terrible had a few not filled with acrylic spots mentioned them but not all of them were covered. The design was nothing like the picture (AGAIN a simple design I promise). I kept the nails as they were for my birthday and by yesterday night I had to remove all the gel and had to file them again to make sure everything was even had two nails longer than the rest and some not even the same shape. Today ended up applying the gel myself and making a similar designs to what I asked (I was able to achieve the simple design I needed & I really don't do nails or work with gel that's how basic this was) was more satisfied with my result (even with a few imperfections) than the day I left the salon.

So if you're going for a pedi go for it but definitely not recommend getting a full set.
